Exceptions / Non-returnable items

All products, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products, special orders, personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are non-returnable.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding our no return policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, and our no return policy remains in effect.
